HACCP & food safety management system for a multi-site catering company

A multi-site catering business had a HACCP and food safety management system in place, but it was never used as it was too generic and did not cover their full range of operational activities. It was a typical off-the-shelf system, designed to fit anywhere in the food industry.

We carried out a detailed gap analysis on the management system and created an abridged food safety management system that reflected the business activities. The system was easy to use, understand and implement.
